ACSM and AAU are pleased to maintain a searchable sports medicine registry ("SMR") that is offered as a free resource to sports event organizers, coaches and others ("Users") to help them identify sports medicine service providers ("Providers") who can be retained to provide sports medicine services. ACSM and AAU derive no economic benefit from the SMR, or any relationship between any User or Provider, and any services provided by a Provider to a User or agreement related thereto shall be exclusively between and controlled by the User and the Provider. ACSM and AAU make no guarantees, representations, or warranties concerning the SMR, including but not limited to accuracy or completeness, or the credentials, quality and experience of any Providers listed on the SMR, and expressly disclaim any responsibility for any matter relating in any way to the use of the SMR, for any errors or omissions contained in the SMR, and for any loss, injury, or other damage relating in any way to the SMR or its use.

As a condition of SMR use, Users and Providers acknowledge and agree that: (a) ACSM and AAU are not responsible for verifying, and do not verify, the accuracy of SMR information; (b) Users have the full responsibility for selecting proper Providers and performing an appropriate investigation of Providers; (c) the selection of any Provider is based solely on a User's independent investigation and determination; (d) ACSM and AAU shall not be liable in any way for any damages or claims of any kind related to the SMR, SMR use, services offered or rendered by any Provider, or any agreement between any User and any Provider; and (e) Users and Providers shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless ACSM and AAU against, and release and forever discharge ACSM and AAU from, any and all liabilities, claims, losses, or damages of any kind or nature arising out of or relating in any way to the SMR or SMR use.
